When you submit the verification form to access protected assets (floor plans, master plan, brochure, price sheet, inventory), we collect:

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Purpose (self-use or investment)
• Preferred configuration (3 BHK / 4 BHK)
• Indicative investment range
• Technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp) for fraud prevention

We do not collect payment information, government IDs or biometric data through this website.

High-resolution assets are stored in a private bucket and are never publicly accessible. Each verified request issues a short-lived (60-second) signed download link that is bound to that single download. Previews displayed on the website carry a per-user diagonal watermark with your name and mobile number once you are verified, so that any unauthorised re-distribution can be traced.

Your information is stored in our secure CRM and shared only with: (a) authorised members of our sales/advisory team, (b) the developer (Sobha Limited) when you specifically request a site visit or booking, and (c) communication providers (SMS, email, WhatsApp) strictly for delivering messages to you.
